The Subaru Crosstrek and the Subaru Forester have engaging styles and capabilities and are well-suited for a wide range of driving conditions. The 2023 Crosstrek is a cross between an SUV and a subcompact hatchback. The 2023 Forester is a compact crossover slightly larger than the Crosstrek. With our focus at Bob Wade Subaru on your total satisfaction, our reps are available to help you discover the appealing traits of these models in person.

The five trims offered for the 2023 Crosstrek have great capabilities from two available engines. The lower two trims benefit from 152 horsepower produced by a four-cylinder, 2.0-liter engine. There is also an upgraded version of this powertrain that gives you 182 horsepower. A Crosstrek Hybrid is also available, with a combined output of 148 horsepower. In comparison, a single powertrain is offered for the 2023 Forester. This is the same 182-horsepower engine that is offered with the Crosstrek.

There are clear differences in styling between the 2023 Crosstrek and the 2023 Forester. The Crosstrek has solid ground clearance with a lowered, tapered roof. A small, crest-like grille is dressed up with a metallic bar, and a similar bar rolls through the lower fascia and bends through the foglight portals. The model is also defined by an H-shaped LED element in the prominent headlights and angled definition on the side doors. The 2023 Subaru Forester is a taller crossover with thicker molding across the sides, wheel wells, and nose. The Forester's grille is taller and has a unique mesh design. The headlights show off a diamond-like quality with a three-sided LED light ribbon.

The 2023 Crosstrek and the Forester are available with the same features in specific trim levels. A few of their shared items are a Harman Kardon audio system, a navigation system, a sunroof, auto braking, leather seating, a rear cross-traffic alert, paddle shifters, a blind-spot monitor, a keyless ignition, USB ports, Starlink, heated front seats and numerous other exciting features. The 2023 Subaru Forester may also have driver's side memory settings, heated rear seats, a heated steering wheel, a drowsy driver monitor, and others.
