 What's New for the 2025 Subaru BRZ Series.Purple?

The high-performance Subaru BRZ is a sports coupe that seats four passengers. Its captivating, aerodynamic style couples with solid engineering to deliver an impressive performance around every bend. In 2025, the BRZ Series.Purple is introduced as a limited edition version. Only 500 of these vehicles will be produced.

The 2025 Subaru BRZ Series.Purple stands apart from the other trim levels with its Galaxy Purple Pearl paint and satin silver, 18-inch wheels. Inside, it has complementary gray upholstery with special grey stitching. The stitching also dresses up the steering wheel, parking brake, door panels, and gear shifter.

Overall, the BRZ’s design includes dramatic curves across the profile. The swooping hood is accompanied by powerful swells flowing toward the triangular LED headlights. The rounded nose sits low to the ground and sports a wraparound grille with dominant air inlets. At the rear, the trunk has a sporty spoiler, and the molded bumper holds two exhaust pipes. The large taillights have thick LED elements and taper into a point on the sides for an aggressive touch. To complete the Series.Purple's look, the BRZ shows of a black shark-fin antenna and black mirror caps.

From a performance perspective, the BRZ Series.Purple is only offered with a six-speed manual transmission. This pairs with a naturally aspirated, 2.4-liter, flat-four engine that produces 228 horsepower. Performance gets an extra boost with Hitachi dampers with variable valving, a limited-slip rear differential and summer tires.

The BRZ Series.Purple has most of the features that the Limited trim comes with. These features include Starlink communication service, adaptive headlights, a blind-spot warning, an eight-speaker sound system, heated front seats, a lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, emergency braking, an 8-inch touch display screen, a push-button starter, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and a dual-zone climate control system.
