The Subaru Crosstrek SUV has long been a top option among auto shoppers in the Harrisonburg area who demand functionality and great features in a new vehicle. For 2023, the Crosstrek improves upon its third generation with a few thoughtful updates. You can appreciate redefined bumper styles at both the front and rear of the Crosstrek. On the nose, the bumper is molded with edgy dimensions, and it is capped on the sides by L-shaped, silver accents. At the rear, a body-colored skid plate is flanked by dark, molded elements for a sporty touch. The Crosstrek continues to have a smoothly angled hood, a raked roof, and smart accentuation through the sides.
In addition to these aesthetic improvements, the 2023 Crosstrek introduces a Wilderness trim level. This off-road-ready trim level has been offered in previous model years in the Outback and the Forester. It gives you premium tires and taller ground clearance. It also comes with an X-Mode traction control system for enhanced performance capabilities in more rigorous driving situations.
The 2023 Crosstrek will continue to be available with two powertrains throughout its trims. The lower Crosstrek trims benefit from 152 horsepower produced by a four-cylinder, 2.0-liter engine. Upper trims receive 182 horsepower from a four-cylinder, 2.5-liter system. All trims have all-wheel drive with a continuously variable transmission. However, the Base and Premium trims for 2023 are offered with a six-speed manual transmission as an alternative.
The interior and safety features in the Crosstrek hold steady for the latest model years. All trims are loaded with EyeSight technology, which includes forward collision mitigation, lane-keeping, and adaptive cruise control. In select Crosstrek trims, you may also find rear auto braking, an eight-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, an integrated navigation system, leather material, an 8-inch central display screen, a sunroof, a blind-spot monitor, smart device connections, and a wonderful selection of other features that you will love.
